Safety

Baseline Workout
During initial setup, LEVL runs a Baseline Workout to establish your ideal resistance levels. This allows the system to automatically recommend safe, effective weights that adapt to your strength and progress over time.

Range of Motion (ROM)
Before each movement, the system records three light repetitions to define your range of motion. This allows LEVL to track your movement precisely and activate safety mechanisms that guide consistent, controlled form throughout every workout.

Spotter Support
LEVL continuously monitors performance during every lift, responding instantly to keep training both challenging and safe. Spotter Mode automatically reduces resistance when needed, allowing users to maintain proper form and safely finish their set.

What does the $1 actually buy?

It locks the founding price and the Founders' 15-Minute Strength Kit. You pay for the machine when the campaign opens in January. Checkout today shows a single $1 line, and nothing else is charged.

Can I get refunded for my $1?

No. The $1 is non-refundable. It is credited toward your machine, so it comes off the price rather than coming back to you — it reserves the offer, it doesn't buy the machine.

Will I be automatically charged for the full amount when the product arrives?

No. The product will be available for purchase in January, everyone who paid to reserve will have first access to the initial run of machines with accessories included. Reserve customers will be notified and provided a link to make their purchase.

How is LEVL different from free weights?

When training with free weights, you’re limited by your capability in the weakest part of a movement. For example, when performing a bicep curl, you may be able to slowly lower a 30 lb dumbbell in the downward portion of the movement—but if you can only lift a 20 lb dumbbell in the upward portion, you’re stuck with that 20 lb weight for the whole movement.

LEVL solves this with ISO-K mode, which provides personalized, variable resistance during each moment of a rep. It provides an intense challenge when muscles are strongest and eases off in the portions where muscles are weaker. In doing this, it keeps your muscles under tension for longer, provides more effective resistance and helps you build strength faster.

How is LEVL different from Tonal and other connected fitness devices?

Efficient training: LEVL offers ISO-K mode, which adapts instantly to your force, keeping muscles engaged through the entire rep.

Ease of use: Unlike Tonal, LEVL requires no installation and does not need to be attached to a wall. It can also fold up between sessions and fit under a bed, in a large closet or in another convenient place.

Weight capability: LEVL can provide resistance of up to 200 lbs in ISO-T Mode and up to 500 lbs of ISO-K Mode, which far exceeds Tonal and other machines.

What movements can I do on LEVL?

LEVL features over 300 movements including the most popular moves for arms, shoulders, chest, back, core and legs. While LEVL does not have overhead cables for pull-down movements, the machine does support 49 back-focused movements with the included handles—and additional accessories can expand training angles to thoroughly train your back and lats.

Does LEVL include full workouts?

Yes. In addition to building your own workouts, you can also select from dozens of curated workouts that are included in LEVL's onscreen content.

How long does a workout take on LEVL?

In LEVL's ISO-K mode, each set takes just 5 reps and you can complete a full workout in under 15 minutes. That’s because the machine provides perfect resistance that fully challenges your body and fatigues your muscle fibers. Once you try the machine, you’ll feel this right away. And science backs it up: a university study showed that 5 reps on LEVL provide the same muscle stimulus as 38 reps with traditional methods.

Does Levl provide real-time feedback or form support?

Yes. LEVL provides real-time feedback through adaptive resistance and range-of-motion monitoring. It detects when you move outside your expected range of motion and adjusts weight or activates safety features automatically. LEVL also tracks your progress over time and shows you your strength gains as you continue to train.

How much space do I need for Levl?

LEVL requires just 36” x 36” of floor space. The ceiling above the machine should be at least the height of your home’s tallest user, plus 18”. Between workouts, LEVL folds up and can be easily moved or stored away.
